• One night's deposit with credit card or check is required to guarantee your reservation.
• We will apply deposit to last night of your reservation. 
• We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. 
• We have a 7 Day Cancellation Policy. Deposits will refunded (minus $25 service charge) for cancellations made more than 7 day prior to arrival. Deposit will not be refunded for cancellations made within 7 days, unless we are able to rent the room. 
• Well-behaved children welcome.
• Although no pets are permitted at the Inn, we can arrange boarding nearby. 
• No smoking is permitted inside the Inn.
• Per night rates do not include applicable taxes.
• Rates may vary during peak periods such as graduations, homecomings and parents weekend.
• Carol's Garden Inn Gift Certificates are available.
• Check-in time: After 3 PM *
• Check-out time: 11 AM *
